Range of Polyester Yarns
  1. Virgin Polyester Staple Fiber
Polyester (PET) materials such as PTA and MEG undergo a polymerization process under high temperatures and pressure, resulting in the formation of a gel polymer. This polymer is subsequently converted into staple fibers, resembling cotton when cut short, or into filament yarns when subjected to spinning and drawing processes.

Our product range comprises virgin-grade Polyester Staple Fiber, ideal for spinning, non-woven, and stuffing applications. Available in semi-dull, optical, bright white, and dope-dyed black variations, our fibers offer a titer range from 1.11dtex to 27.75dtex.

  2. Regenerated Polyester Staple Fiber
Demonstrating our dedication to sustainability, we have established a Recycled Fiber Program designed to lessen our environmental impact. As a leading provider of recycled PET fibers sourced from post-industrial or post-consumer PET waste, we play an active role in reducing PET scrap disposal and diverting waste from landfills.

We offer a variety of recycled polyester staple fiber grades to accommodate our client’s varied requirements, and we are proud to furnish sustainable certifications such as GRS.

  3. Hollow Polyester Staple Fiber
Additionally, we provide a selection of hollow fibers, encompassing both virgin and regenerated variants. These fibers feature Silicon or SLICK finishes and are certified by GRS and OEKO-TEX.

Our Hollow Conjugated Siliconized or Non-siliconized fiber is tailored for use in premium bedding, pillows, toys, and sofas, delivering exceptional elasticity, crimp, fluffiness, and a luxuriously comfortable feel.

  4. Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber
Crafted through the conjugate spinning of standard polyester and modified low-melting polyester, this material serves predominantly for adhesion purposes, with its low-melting elements melding and bonding through heat treatment. Notably, it boasts environmental friendliness due to its capacity to adhere at low temperatures (110 degrees Celsius) and its remarkable ability to maintain a defined shape when combined with other materials.

  5. Micro Down Fiber
Both solid and hollow types of virgin and regenerated grade micro down siliconized fiber are available with GRS/TC certification.
